In lieu of a live, in-person 2021 MATA Festival due to the ongoing pandemic, MATA presented Radical Pairings featuring works by artists from the canceled 2020 MATA Festival in partnership with the International Contemporary Ensemble, and a series of alumni interviews called MATA@Home.
