Workshop: The Business of Being a Composer Part 2

The legendary Ralph N. Jackson will host a workshop on the business of being a composer. The second of two such workshops during this year's festival, this one will focus on how to present yourself and interact with existing classical music institutions. Guests will include BMI's Executive Director of Classical Music Deirdre Chadwick discussing licensing your music, Bill Holab on self publishing, Katie Baron of Alter and Kendrick LLC on contracts, and Michael Geller, Executive Director of the American Composers Orchestra on calls for submissions.
